Rehearsals for the spring season will begin on January 15. Singers are encouraged to arrive early for this first rehearsal to get their music and enjoy a brief social time with refreshments.

Featured works will be Leonard Bernstein's Chichester Psalms and Gabriel Faure's Requiem. Performances will be held on May 3, 4 and 5 in Littleton, Bradford, and St. Johnsbury.

We rehearse on Tuesdays from 7:15 to 9 pm in the band room of the Morse Center for the Arts at St. Johnsbury Academy (#21 on this map; parking in the rear). NCC welcomes all singers who are willing to commit to its standards of attendance and musical excellence. Auditions are not required.

Attendance policy: A singer who misses more than three rehearsals in a season is responsible for meeting with Musical Director Alan Rowe to determine their readiness to perform in a concert.

Dues: $35 for the entire 2018-2019 concert year. You may use the button below to pay with a PayPal account or a debit or credit card. Otherwise bring a check, payable to North Country Chorus, to your first rehearsal or mail to the address below.
Student dues: $20 payable at a rehearsal.

In order to carry out its mission of presenting music of high quality, the Chorus incurs expenses that exceed its ticket sales. The costs of new music and professional instrumentalists require additional funding sources. In addition to its traditional fund raising events, the Chorus depends on the kindness and generosity of its loyal patrons to support its efforts.
